Anonymous Reporting Helpline

Pioneer Valley Accountable Care (PVAC) has a system in place to receive, record, respond to and track compliance questions or reports of suspected or detected noncompliance or potential fraud, waste and abuse from its workforce, its participating providers, and its attributed beneficiaries. PVAC’s Anonymous Compliance Hotline below is available 24 hours a day. Reporting systems maintain confidentiality (to the greatest extent possible), allow anonymity if desired, and emphasize PVAC’s policy of non-intimidation and non-retaliation for good faith reporting of compliance concerns and participation in the compliance program.
